We were delighted to welcome Michelle and Chloe from Action Deaf Youth to school to talk to us about being hearing impaired and how to use British sign language. P5 really enjoyed the session and embraced all the activities and challenges with great enthusiasm. This week they learnt the signs for each letter of the alphabet and had a go at signing their own names. P5 will be taking part in a 6 week block with BSL for Peers and we look forward to welcoming Michelle and Chloe back soon for the next lesson.
