World Maths Day
Pupils had a fantastic time celebrating World Maths Day. They began with a problem?solving challenge using multilink cubes, exploring how many different colour combinations they could create when building tower blocks. After testing out possibilities, they looked for patterns in their results to help them predict the total number of combinations.
Pupils then took part in the Mathletics World Maths Day competition, challenging children from around the globe in real?time maths games. Their enthusiasm and determination were brilliant to see.
